1. Adults only

Accident Tracker is a lifestyle and wellness tool for consenting adults. You must be 18 or older to create or use an account. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be removed.

2. What the service is

A habit and potty tracking app for caregivers ("CGs") and littles. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional about continence or health concerns.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

4. Connections and consent

Connections between a caregiver and a little are made only with both people's agreement, using an invite code. Either person can end a connection at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass anyone, to share sexual content, to impersonate others, or for anything illegal. Staff may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

6. Content

You own what you log. You give us permission to store and display it to you and the people you connect with, so the app can work.

7. No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
