How do sunshines work?
Each potty success earns sunshines (plus a bonus if you went without a reminder). Dry checks earn one too. Accidents are rain clouds — your caregiver may set them to cost a sunshine.
How do I connect with my caregiver or little?
Go to Connections, make an invite code, and share it. The other person enters it on their Connections page or opens the invite link.
I'm not getting reminders.
Open Settings → Notifications and tap Turn on notifications on this device. On iPhone, add the app to your home screen first.
