Site operators should review and adapt this policy for their jurisdiction.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, password (stored as a secure hash), time zone and preferences.
• What you log: potty entries, notes, moods, rewards, reminders and stickers.
• Security info: sign-in times, IP address and browser type, kept to protect your account.
• Push notification tokens for the devices you enable.

Who can see it

Your logs are visible to you and to caregivers you've connected with. Site staff can access data to run the service, handle support requests and enforce the rules; staff actions are recorded in an audit log.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or show ads. We don't share data with third parties except the email and push services needed to deliver messages to you.

Your controls

From Settings you can export everything as a file, sign out of all devices, turn notifications on or off, and permanently delete your account.

Retention

Deleted accounts are removed from the database. Old notifications are cleaned up automatically after 90 days.
